Chief Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible for the technical management and construction quality of development projects. Review the technical rationality, advancement, and cost-effectiveness of project designs and construction plans. Approve and finalize significant technical proposals and make technical decisions.
2. Participate in reviewing major proposals and conclusions of various specialties, responsible for the overall coordination of all specialties.
3. Approve, finalize, and sign off on major drawings and documents of the project. Review and sign the master layout plans, overall structural design drawings, and overall process layout drawings.
4. Prepare and review technical materials related to the company’s bidding and tendering work.
5. Preside over technical meetings, review major engineering technical changes and design scheme modifications, research and resolve significant technical and operational issues during construction.
6. Responsible for on-site construction management of the project, supervise, coordinate, and inspect the construction site, monitor project quality at all times, and convene relevant personnel to address problems as they arise.
7. Responsible for supervising the preparation for project completion and acceptance, preside over the compilation of technical documents for project completion, participate in the acceptance process, organize the summary of construction techniques, write and review construction methods, and report accordingly.
8. Approve project engineering acceptance reports.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
2. Over 8 years of experience in a major design institute or real estate company, with at least 2 full-cycle project technical management experiences.
3. Proficient in CAD drawing software, with a firm grasp of building engineering technology, project budgeting and final accounting, quality management, construction organization design, and scheme preparation. Well-versed in building industry regulations and technical standards, familiar with engineering construction processes and technical requirements, and adept at handling various complex technical issues in engineering construction and architectural management.
4. Possess a high sense of responsibility, strong organizational and coordination skills, communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and team spirit.
5. Proficiency in English as a working language, with a preference for candidates who can express themselves in basic Chinese.
