The annual “Guangzhou Design Week” exhibition opened on December 6, 2024! DENIZ Real Estate Development Company dispatched its core team to China to visit the exhibition. Led by Mr. Haijun Ma, the General Manager, consisting of Mr. ISLAM, the Project Director, and Ms.Yiwen Ma, the Chief Designer of Fine Decoration, traveled to Guangzhou, China to attend the four-day exhibition. The purpose of this inspection was to gain insights into the latest design trends, discover new materials, technologies, and craftsmanship, and seek outstanding cooperation enterprises to serve Dubai’s real estate projects.
“Guangzhou Design Week” was born in 2006, in 2007 was awarded the joint certification of IFI, ICSID, ICOGRADA three international design organizations, the global simultaneous promotion, development has grown into Asia’s attention and internationally renowned design industry event. After 19 years of innovation and development,“Guangzhou Design Week”has established a partner network of more than 30 countries and 200 cities, and initiated and held a series of leading domestic and internationally renowned design exhibitions, awards, forums and study Tours. It is an important platform for designers to find inspiration, stimulate thinking and display results, and is known as the “designer’s home”.
The 2024 Design Week, themed “Come Together,” was held concurrently at the Poly World Trade Expo Center, the International Purchasing Center, and the Nanfeng International Convention and Exhibition Center. It brought together over 1,000 design art institutions and brands from more than 20 countries, showcasing tens of thousands of latest products and design works. The number of exhibitors and the quality of exhibits reached a record high again.

Guangzhou Poly World Trade Expo Center (Poly Hall)
Focus: This hall primarily showcases products and services suitable for private residences and new commercial spaces.
Exhibits: It features high-end system furniture, system windows and doors, kitchens and bathrooms, smart home systems (including air conditioning, ventilation, heating, dust removal, water treatment, solar water heating, air energy, etc.), as well as concealed engineering materials and technical services. Additionally, it displays products and technologies related to whole-house renovation, including various integrated custom products, wall decorations, coatings, doors, windows, shading solutions, hardware, equipment, and solutions. It also exhibits various new decorative and renovation materials and products suitable for building interior and exterior decoration projects, such as ceilings, floors, walls, acoustics, lighting, and electrical systems.
Guangzhou International Purchasing Center (International Purchasing Hall)
Focus: This hall brings together numerous design-related brands and institutions from around the world.
Exhibits: It showcases the latest products and design works in product design, architectural design, interior design, landscape design, digital design, trendy art, smart homes, high-end home furnishing, interior materials, doors and windows, furniture, lighting, bathrooms, and cultural and creative industries. During the Guangzhou Design Week, this hall also hosts a series of design-related activities, such as design exchanges, design lectures, award ceremonies, and competitions, covering various application fields such as urban renewal, hotels, private residences, restaurants, real estate, commerce, public buildings, cultural tourism, art, fashion, gardens and outdoors, and lifestyle aesthetics.
Nanfeng International Convention and Exhibition Center (Nanfeng Hall)
Focus: This hall focuses on presenting excellent contemporary galleries and art institutions from both domestic and international scenes.
Exhibits: It showcases a wide range of artworks, including paintings, sculptures, photographs, installations, and digital art, to designers and art collectors from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and beyond. Additionally, it selects and exhibits luxury lifestyle brands and artistic and luxurious home furnishing items suitable for luxurious residences, as well as collectible design pieces.

Participating in this Design Week, the members of the inspection delegation gained immensely, deeply impressed by the visual impact and wonderful experience brought by the aesthetics of life.
